1. General Provisions
1.1. Under this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”), the Website Owner undertakes to provide access to the Website and its functions, including the ability to search for information on the Website, register a Personal Account, purchase gift certificates, book escape rooms presented on the Website, and post reviews (comments) on the Website, for any individual using the Website and its functions (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), under the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1.2. The following terms are used in this Agreement with the meanings indicated below:
Authorization – the procedure by which the User gains access to their registered Personal Account and its functions, performed by entering the User’s login and password into the Personal Account login form or by other means.
Verification – the procedure for confirming the authenticity of the mobile phone number and email address provided by the User during Personal Account registration.
Personal Account – a special section of the Website allowing the User to track their service bookings and edit posted reviews (comments).
Website – the information resource and its components (including pages and sections) united under the domain name extrareality.lv.
Moderator – the Website Owner who has the right to carry out Moderation.
Moderation – actions taken by the Moderator to ensure Users comply with this Agreement.
Commented Object – information about organizers, escape rooms, news, photos, etc., posted on the Website and open for comments.
Review (comment) – information posted on the Website by a User reflecting their own opinion regarding the Commented Object.
Escape Room Organizer – a person whose service information is posted on the Website and who is responsible for providing those services.
Customer – a person who pays the nominal value of the Certificate to the Provider. The Customer has the right to transfer the Certificate to another person, who then becomes the Certificate Holder.
Service Provider – a person who directly provides the service to the Certificate Holder.
Certificate (Gift Certificate) – a bearer document containing a unique activation code, confirming the Customer’s right to receive services from the Service Provider in accordance with the terms specified in the Certificate.
Activation Code (secret code) – a code of no more than eight (8) characters, placed on the Certificate and intended for booking a service (certificate activation).
Service Package – a set of Services corresponding to each type of Certificate that the Provider can arrange for the Holder.
Nominal Value – the amount determined by the Provider and communicated to the Customer on the website extrareality.pl, which the Customer must pay the Provider to accept the Agreement.
Holder – any individual presenting the Certificate to the Service Provider to receive the service. The Holder may not be the owner of the Certificate.
Accompanying Documents – receipts, invoices, packaging, any type of package inserts, and/or Catalog provided with any Certificate to the Customer, containing information about the nominal value and the procedure for the Provider’s fulfillment of obligations.
Acceptance – the Customer’s payment to the Seller of the nominal value of the Certificate by transferring funds to the Seller’s bank account using a bank card, through a payment terminal located at a pickup point, or by making a cash payment.
Universal Certificate – a certificate not for a specific escape room listed on the Website, but for a specific amount.
Electronic Certificate – a certificate purchased online and presented in electronic form.
User – an individual posting comments (reviews) on the website extrareality.lv (hereinafter – the “Website”) and agreeing to these Terms.
2. Procedure for Concluding the Agreement
2.1. The publication (posting) of the text of this Agreement on the Website constitutes a public offer to enter into a contract (offer) addressed to an unlimited number of persons, on the basis of which the Website Owner enters into the Agreement with any User who expresses consent to its conclusion in the manner established by this Agreement.
2.2. The Agreement is deemed concluded in simple written form from the moment the User (including a User who registered a Personal Account prior to the publication (posting) of the text of the Agreement on the Website) performs one of the following actions:

registration of a Personal Account;

other actions related to the use of the Website and its functions.
2.3. The Agreement is a public contract. By entering into the Agreement, the User accepts its terms in full without any reservations or exceptions.
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The User has the right to:
3.1.1. use the Website and its functions;
3.1.2. interact with the Website Owner using the Website functions intended to provide communication between the Website Owner and Users;
3.1.3. after logging into their Personal Account and completing verification, post comments (reviews) and/or materials (articles) on the Website, subject to authorization on the Website, as well as use any other Website services;
3.1.4. freely express their own opinion regarding the Commented Object in a form that does not contradict this Agreement or the laws of the Republic of Poland, and does not violate the rights of third parties;
3.1.5. block or delete their Personal Account in the manner set forth in this Agreement;
3.1.6. exercise other rights provided for by this Agreement or by law.
3.2. The User shall:
3.2.1. use the Website and its functions in the manner and under the conditions specified in this Agreement;
3.2.2. provide accurate and complete information about themselves in response to the questions contained in the Personal Account registration form, and promptly update such information;
3.2.3. when posting comments, act in good faith and reasonably, respect the honor and dignity of other Users, the business reputation of organizations, and behave courteously and politely;
3.2.4. be responsible for the content of their posted comments (reviews) and resolve any possible claims from third parties;
3.2.5. ensure the security and confidentiality of the password used for Authorization;
3.2.6. immediately notify the Website Owner of any unauthorized (not permitted by the User) access to their Personal Account and/or of any breach (or suspected breach) of password confidentiality.
3.3. The Website Owner has the right to:
3.3.1. use User data obtained in accordance with this Agreement to ensure proper fulfillment of its terms;
3.3.2. at any time, fully or partially modify the Website (its design, layout, program code, server-side elements, content, content management system, etc.) and the scope of its functions, suspend the operation of the Website, and determine methods of verifying the accuracy of User data, with or without prior notice to Users;
3.3.3. send service (informational) messages to Users through the Personal Account, e-mail, SMS, WhatsApp, and/or other means regarding the functioning of the Personal Account and Website, changes to the Agreement, information security when using the Personal Account and Website, as well as matters related to the purchase of goods (gift certificates) and booking of services;
3.3.4. block a Personal Account in cases of violation of the terms of this Agreement;
3.3.5. refuse to re-register a Personal Account for a User whose account was previously blocked for violating the terms of this Agreement;
3.3.6. delete a User’s Personal Account in cases specified by this Agreement;
3.3.7. delete or edit any information posted by a User in any sections (pages) of the Website if it believes that such information violates the laws of the Republic of Poland, the requirements of this Agreement, or the rights of third parties;
3.3.8. exercise other rights provided for by this Agreement or by law.
3.4. The Website Owner shall:
3.4.1. provide the User with the ability to use the Website and its functions, provided the User complies with the terms of the Agreement;
3.4.2. take measures to improve the Website and its functions;
3.4.3. take the necessary and sufficient measures to ensure confidentiality, protection from unauthorized or accidental access, as well as from unlawful actions involving the data provided by the User when using the Website and its functions.
4. Procedure for Registration and Deletion (Blocking) of the Personal Account
4.1. In order to use all the functions of the Website, the User must register a Personal Account.
4.2. Each User may register no more than one Personal Account.
4.3. To register a Personal Account, the User must complete all fields in the relevant registration form on the Website marked as mandatory, and/or use the option to authorize via third-party services.
4.4. The User must then complete the Verification procedure for their mobile phone number and email address by entering into the relevant fields of the Website the verification codes received from the Website Owner at the mobile phone number and email address provided during Personal Account registration.
4.5. To log into the Personal Account, the registered User must complete the Authorization procedure. User authorization is carried out using a login and password or by logging in through third-party services.
The login is assigned to the User during the Personal Account registration process and is the email address provided in the registration form. The password is created by the User independently. The Website Owner may prohibit the use of certain logins and may set password requirements (length, allowed characters, etc.).
4.6. If the User loses their password, they can restore access to the Personal Account. To do this, the User must click the "Forgot password" link in the login form, enter the email address specified during registration, and follow the link sent to that address to access the Website form for generating a new password.
4.7. All actions performed in the Personal Account using the assigned login and password are considered to have been carried out by the User.
4.8. During the use of the Personal Account, all correspondence, notifications, and messages sent by the Website Owner to the User’s email addresses specified in the Personal Account are considered properly delivered. The User must check correspondence sent to these email addresses in a timely manner. The User assumes all risks of adverse consequences resulting from non-compliance with this clause.
4.9. Blocking the Personal Account results in the temporary suspension of the User’s access to the Personal Account and its functions. Blocking may be carried out:
a) at the request of the User, sent to the Website Owner by email to info@extrareality.pl from the email address specified during Personal Account registration, or via the Personal Account interface;
b) at the initiative of the Website Owner in case of a breach of this Agreement by the User.
4.10. The Personal Account is blocked for up to one (1) year, during which user data is not deleted, but access to the Personal Account is disabled for the User.
Access may be restored upon the User’s request sent to the Website Owner by email to info@extrareality.pl from the email address specified during registration.
If the blocking was initiated by the Website Owner, the request must additionally specify the measures taken by the User to remedy the violations identified by the Website Owner.
4.11. During the blocking period, the User may not register a new Personal Account using the same mobile phone number or email address previously used for the blocked Personal Account.
4.12. If, within the period specified in clause 4.10 of this Agreement, access to the Personal Account is not restored, the Website Owner shall delete the Personal Account.
4.13. Deletion of the Personal Account results in the removal of all its content. Once deleted, the Personal Account cannot be restored, and access to the Website functions through that account becomes impossible.
4.14. The Personal Account is deleted:
a) at the request of the User, sent to the Website Owner by email to info@extrareality.pl from the email address specified during registration, or via the Personal Account interface;
b) at the initiative of the Website Owner with respect to:
- Personal Accounts where, within one (1) year from the date of registration, no comments (reviews) have been posted, no feedback left, and no service requests submitted for services listed on the Website;
- blocked Personal Accounts where, after the blocking period has expired, access has not been restored.
5. Booking Escape Rooms
5.1. The User undertakes to:
5.1.1. Provide accurate contact information when booking an escape room;
5.1.2. Comply with age restrictions and restrictions related to the number of participants allowed in the escape room at the same time, as specified in the escape room description on the Website;
5.1.3. Before participating in the escape room, complete the briefing and follow the safety rules established by the person responsible for conducting the escape room (hereinafter – Escape Room Organizer);
5.1.4. Refrain from participating in the escape room if they have any circumstances and/or medical conditions that prevent safe participation, including but not limited to: pregnancy, cardiovascular diseases, mental disorders, and others;
5.1.5. Arrive at the escape room venue before the scheduled start time;
5.1.6. In case of cancellation, inform the Website Owner or the Escape Room Organizer in advance, at least 24 hours prior to the booking time. If the User books an escape room with a payment obligation, further obligations of the User are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland.
5.2. The User is prohibited from:
5.2.1. Participating in the escape room under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs;
5.2.2. Physically interacting with other participants during the escape room unless permitted by the escape room rules;
5.2.3. Arriving late for the booked escape room;
5.2.4. Intentionally damaging props, equipment, the venue where the escape room is held, or any other property of the Escape Room Organizer.5.3. The Escape Room Organizer has the right to:
5.3.1. Cancel the escape room booking if the User provides false (incorrect) contact information;
5.3.2. Require the User to make a partial or full prepayment for the escape room before the scheduled time. If the User refuses to provide prepayment, the Organizer may cancel the booking;
5.3.3. Conduct audio and video recording in the escape room premises for the purpose of ensuring the safety of the User, the Organizer’s staff, and the conduct of the escape room. If the User disagrees with this clause, they have the right to refuse participation in the escape room;
5.3.4. Refuse or remove the User from participating in the escape room if there are suspicions that they are under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. In such cases, any payments made by the User for participation will not be refunded;
5.3.5. In case of a violation of clause 5.2.4 of these Rules (intentional property damage), remove the User from the escape room before the end of the game. In such cases, any payments made by the User will not be refunded. The Organizer also has the right to demand compensation for damaged props, equipment, decorations, and other property.
5.4. Limitation of Liability of the Website Owner:
5.4.1. The Website Owner is not responsible for any unlawful actions of the User toward third parties or third parties toward the User;
5.4.2. Links on the Website leading to third-party resources are provided for Users’ convenience and do not imply the Website Owner’s endorsement of their content. The Website Owner is not responsible for the availability or content of such resources. This statement applies to all links posted on the Website and to the materials of all websites available via banners and links on the Website;
5.4.3. The Website Owner is not liable for damages, losses, or expenses (actual or potential) arising in connection with the Website, its use, or inability to use it;
5.4.4. The Website Owner is not responsible for delays or interruptions in transactions (including bookings, payments) caused by force majeure events or malfunctions in telecommunications, computer, electrical, or related systems;
5.4.5. The Website Owner is not responsible for the actions of money transfer systems, banks, payment systems, or delays related to their operation;
5.4.6. The Website Owner is not responsible for prepayments for escape rooms made directly to the Escape Room Organizer;
5.4.7. The Website Owner does not intend to collect information from minors and recommends that legal guardians allow minors to use the Internet only under their supervision;
5.4.8. The Website Owner is not responsible for the accuracy of any data about the escape room or the Escape Room Organizer, including the cost of participation, if the Organizer does not provide such information via the API interface. If the User identifies a discrepancy between the actual information and the information on the Website, they have the right to submit a claim to the Escape Room Organizer and notify the Website Owner about the discrepancy;
5.4.9. The Website Owner is not responsible for the quality of services provided by the Escape Room Organizer, including possible technical malfunctions, disruptions during the event, service quality, discrepancies between the escape room rating, its description, reviews, and feedback posted on the Website;
5.4.10. The Website Owner is not responsible for any injuries of any severity, whether physical or psychological (including fatal), or damage to personal belongings received by the User during participation in the escape room as a result of poor service provided by the Escape Room Organizer.
6. Gift Certificates
6.1. Acceptance
6.1.1. Acceptance and conclusion of the Agreement are confirmed by a cash receipt issued to the Customer immediately after receiving payment in the amount of the face value of the Certificate and the transfer of the Certificate.
6.1.2. By accepting, the Customer is deemed to have fully read and understood the terms of this Agreement.
6.2. Rights and Obligations of the Provider
6.2.1. The Seller undertakes to provide the Customer with the services specified in the Certificate through the Service Provider.
6.2.2. The Seller has the right to:
6.2.2.1. Change the content and terms of the service specified in the Certificate, including substituting it if the service is unavailable at the time of activation. When confirming activation of the Certificate, the Seller must inform the Holder. Changes may concern the time, location, content of the service, or the Service Provider.
6.2.2.2. Refuse to provide the Service if, according to the rules of the Service Provider, the nature of the chosen Service, applicable law, or due to the age, health condition, or other personal circumstances of the Holder, the chosen Service cannot be provided. In such cases, the Holder has the right to request another Service from the same Service Package from the Service Provider.
6.3. Rights and Obligations of the Customer
6.3.1. Obligations of the Customer:
6.3.1.1. The Customer must use the service within 90 calendar days from the date of Acceptance.
6.3.2. Rights of the Customer:
6.3.2.1. Exchange the service for any other service listed on extrareality.pl within the same face value, subject to prior agreement with the Seller.
6.3.2.2. Submit a request to extend the validity of the Certificate (only for non-expired certificates) if, due to the fault of the Service Provider, the Customer was unable to use the service within the Certificate’s validity period.
6.3.2.3. Return a Certificate of proper quality to the Seller within 14 days from the date of its delivery.
6.4. Use of the Certificate
6.4.1. The Certificate is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase.
6.4.2. The Website offers both Certificates for a specific escape room and universal Certificates for a specified amount.
6.4.3. A gift certificate may be used for the specific escape room indicated on it or for any escape room listed on extrareality.pl in the “Certificate” section.
6.4.4. To use the Certificate, it is sufficient to book an escape room on extrareality.pl and indicate the activation code of the Certificate in the booking comments or in the designated field on the Website.
6.4.5. The original Certificate, in printed or electronic form, must be presented to the Service Provider, i.e., the escape room Organizer.
6.4.6. If you have purchased a Universal Certificate for an amount exceeding the cost of the escape room you played, the remaining balance will be credited to you as bonus points and displayed in your Personal Account on the Website. These bonus points can later be used as a discount when booking games on the Website.
6.4.7. If you have purchased a Universal Certificate for an amount less than the cost of the escape room you played, you must pay the difference directly to the escape room Organizer by transferring funds to the Service Provider’s account.
6.5. Liability of the Parties
6.5.1. The Website Owner is responsible for the accuracy of the information and prices provided by the Service Provider to the Seller.
6.5.2. The Website Owner is not liable for any harm caused to the life, health, or property of the Holder during the provision of the service if such harm is caused by the fault of the Service Provider.
6.5.3. The Website Owner is not liable for any harm caused to the Holder during the provision of the service if such harm results from the Holder’s own actions or failure to follow the rules of conduct and safety measures that they were informed about.
6.5.4. The Website Owner is responsible for ensuring that the services specified in the Certificate are provided within the validity period stated in the Certificate.
6.5.5. The Website Owner is not responsible for the quality of services provided by the Service Provider or for the purchase of additional services without the Website Owner’s involvement. In case of poor service, the Website Owner may assist in resolving disputes between the Holder and the Service Provider.
6.5.6. A Party that fails to fulfill or improperly fulfills its obligations under this Agreement shall be liable unless it proves that proper performance was impossible due to force majeure circumstances preventing the fulfillment of obligations. In such cases, performance under the Agreement shall be postponed for the duration of such circumstances.
6.6. Other Conditions
6.6.1. If the Customer refuses the Service (in writing), the Website Owner shall return the face value of the Certificate to the Customer, less the actual expenses incurred by the Seller in fulfilling the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Service Fee. Any income received by the Website Owner from the use of the face value remains the property of the Website Owner.
6.6.2. If a gift certificate is returned after 14 days from the date of purchase, the Website Owner has the right to refund the face value of the certificate to the Customer, less marketing expenses amounting to 30% of the face value.
7. Reviews on the Website
7.1. Rights and Obligations
7.1.1. The User has the right to:
7.1.1.1. Freely express their own opinion regarding the Subject of Review, provided it does not contradict these Rules or the laws of the Republic of Poland and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
7.1.2. The User must:
7.1.2.1. Read this Agreement before posting a review (comment).
7.1.2.2. Comply with the laws of the Republic of Poland and this Agreement when posting reviews (comments).
7.1.2.3. Act in good faith and reasonably when posting comments, respect the honor and dignity of other Users, the business reputation of organizations, and behave politely and respectfully.
7.1.2.4. Bear full responsibility for the content of their posted comment (review) and resolve any potential claims from third parties.
7.1.3. The Moderator has the right to:
7.1.3.1. Delete or edit any information posted by the User in any section (on any page) of the Website if they consider that such information violates the laws of the Republic of Poland, the requirements of these Rules, or the rights of third parties.
7.2. Requirements for Comments (Reviews)
7.2.1. A comment (review) must:
7.2.1.1. Directly relate to the Subject of Review.
7.2.1.2. Supplement the information on the Website with interesting and useful content for other Users.
7.2.1.3. Be constructive, objective, and supported by facts, and, where necessary, confirmed by documents from competent authorities.
7.2.1.4. Be polite, respectful, and in accordance with moral and ethical standards.
7.2.2. Comments may be posted either under the User’s name or anonymously.
7.2.3. To avoid conflict situations, maintain an atmosphere of mutual respect, and comply with the laws of the Republic of Poland, it is prohibited when posting comments (reviews) to:
7.2.3.1. Violate privacy, including sharing third-party personal data (phone numbers, addresses, etc.).
7.2.3.2. Use links to pornographic photos, audio, videos, or other similar sexual content.
7.2.3.3. Use vulgar, obscene, or profane language.
7.2.3.4. Violate third-party intellectual property rights.
7.2.3.5. Make threats, spread defamatory information, insult, or tarnish the honor and dignity of individuals or the business reputation of organizations.
7.2.3.6. “Get personal” — that is, make offensive or humiliating remarks toward a specific individual when commenting on an organization’s activities or replying to other people’s comments/reviews.
7.2.3.7. Post messages that use dishonest debate tactics or provoke others to violate these Rules.
7.2.3.8. Post comments (reviews) that incite social, ethnic, religious, or other types of hatred.
7.2.3.9. Post calls to violate the law or share instructions for criminal acts, as well as extremist materials.
7.2.3.10. Post links to viruses, trojans, or other malicious software and/or related instructions.
7.2.3.11. Share information of restricted access (state, official, or commercial secrets).
7.2.3.12. Use the Website for political discussions.
7.2.3.13. Use someone else’s name (nickname) or an organization’s name.
7.2.3.14. Add comments for advertising purposes (advertising inquiries must be directed to the Website Administration).
7.2.3.15. Add links to other sources.
7.2.3.16. Argue with the moderator in comments, discuss moderation policies, actions, or personalities of Moderators or the Website Administration.

7.2.3.17. Use the Website to sell or share information about narcotic and/or psychotropic substances or their precursors.
7.2.4. Strongly discouraged:
7.2.4.1. Posting identical comments (reviews) in different sections of the Website.
7.2.4.2. Posting meaningless comments.
7.2.4.3. Using “leet speak,” excessive slang, or similar jargon — please write correctly.
7.2.4.4. Posting off-topic comments.
7.2.4.5. Using ALL CAPS — it may be perceived as shouting.
7.2.4.6. Posting reviews (comments) for escape rooms you have not yet played.
7.2.4.7. Using AI tools to write reviews.
7.2.5. Every User may report a comment (review). If substantiated complaints are received, the comment (review) may be deleted by the Moderator.

7.3. Review Moderation
7.3.1. The Website extrareality.pl applies pre-moderation, meaning comments (reviews) are checked before being published.
The Website Owner informs all parties that, due to the high volume of comments (reviews), it is impossible to perform full and immediate control over all content. Therefore, the Website Owner bears no responsibility for the accuracy or legality of comments (reviews) posted on the Website.
7.3.2. The Website Owner reserves the right to review a comment for an indefinite period, although typically the review is completed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). In cases requiring further investigation or detailed review, the review period may be extended.
7.3.3. The Moderator independently and subjectively assesses whether a User’s comment (review) meets the requirements of this Agreement, general moral and ethical standards, and the level of constructiveness and accuracy, and decides whether to publish it or include it in the rating.
7.3.4. If a User believes a comment (review) violates the laws of the Republic of Poland, international norms, these Rules, contains commercial secrets, or may harm individuals or legal entities, they may notify the Moderator by emailing info@extrareality.pl.
7.3.5. A comment (review) may be refused publication or removed if:
7.3.5.1. It does not meet the requirements of this Agreement.
7.3.5.2. It is not related to a specific escape room or escape room organizer.
7.3.5.3. The User who posted it asks for its removal.
7.3.5.4. The User fails to respond within 48 hours to calls or messages from the Moderator.
7.3.5.5. The User provided information that could be considered damaging to the honor, dignity, or business reputation of others but cannot substantiate the claims with documents.
7.4. Limitation of Liability
7.4.1. A comment (review) posted on the Website reflects the User’s personal opinion and may not coincide with the Moderator’s opinion. The User bears full responsibility for their posted comment (review).
7.4.2. The Moderator does not engage in disputes or evaluate posted comments (reviews) and reserves the right not to delete them if their compliance with the law and this Agreement cannot be clearly determined.
7.4.3. The Website Owner may use User information, summon Users as defendants, witnesses, or third parties in court in connection with claims related to a User’s comment (review). The User must be prepared to provide proof of the legality and validity of the information in their comment (review).
7.4.4. The Website Owner is not liable to the User for any losses arising or potentially arising due to provider failures, third-party actions, or service interruptions affecting Website access.
7.5. Copyright
7.5.1. All comments (reviews) posted on the Website are subject to copyright.
All borrowed materials must include the author’s name if it is indicated on the source site. Hyperlinks to materials previously published online are encouraged and, if the author requires, are mandatory.
The User must not claim authorship of texts or images they did not create. The User guarantees the legality of the content they post.
7.5.2. The User bears full financial responsibility (including damages, penalties, and legal costs) for any third-party claims related to the protection of intellectual property regarding their posted comment (review).
7.5.3. All materials posted on the Website, including user comments (reviews), are the property of the Website Owner.
Access to Website materials is granted solely for personal use and familiarization.
Any further use, reproduction, distribution, broadcasting, translation, adaptation, or any other use of materials posted on the Website is only allowed with an active link to extrareality.pl.
7.6. Other Provisions
7.6.1. The Agreement takes effect from the date the User accepts its terms in accordance with clause 2.2. and remains valid for the term of the simple (non-exclusive) license granted. It may be terminated earlier on grounds provided by law.
7.6.2. This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any issues not regulated by the Agreement shall also be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. All disputes arising from the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. The term “law” as used herein refers to the laws of the Republic of Poland unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7.6.3. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
